| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国社会组织的发展有了一定的基础,在为民众提供基本公共服务领域中发挥着积极作用,但同时在经济社会建设与管理中也存在一些制约其进一步发展的因素,需要全社会培育和扶持社会组织,促其健康、有序、可持续发展,以便更好地发挥社会组织在提供基本公共服务中的独特作用。

| Abstract: | Since reform and opening up,China has laid a solid foundation in social organization development,which plays a positive role in providing basic public services for people.Meanwhile,there appears in economic and social construction and management some factors constraining social organization development.Therefore,efforts should be made to develop and promote the healthy,orderly and sustainable social organization development,which plays a unique role in providing basic public services. |
