| 摘 要： | 证据是诉讼的基础,在当事人主义的诉讼模式中,证据展示是实现刑事司法程序公正、诉讼效益乃至实质公正等诉讼价值目标的重要配套制度。证据展示制度的缺失是我国庭审无效率乃至陷入困境的主要原因。在当前形势下,引进并构建完善的证据展示制度,有利于推进我国的现代司法进程。

| Abstract: | Evidence is the basis of lawsuit.Evidence showing is important supporting systems to achieve the goal of lawsuit value such as just criminal justice procedure and lawsuit benefits,even just substance in the lawsuit model of principle of the parties.The missing of evidence showing system is the main reason of inefficiency and being in trouble of our court hearing.At present,it is beneficial to introduce and construct perfect evidence showing system for impelling our modern justice process. |
