| 摘 要： | 社会主义民主政治建设是一项系统工程，一方面需要不断地创新和健全各项民主的政治制度。另一方面也要培育和夯实民主的政治文化基础。当前，政治文化方面建设的滞后在一定程度上已经影响到我国民主政治建设的健康发展。所以，立足当前形势，积极探索政治文化建设的有效途径就变得十分重要和迫切。

| Abstract: | The socialist democratic politics construction is a system program, on one hand, it needs unceasingly the innovation and the perfect each democratic political system; on the other hand ,it must cultivate and ram the democracy politics cultural base. Presently, lack of the construction of political culture has already affected , to a certain extent , the development of democratic polities in China. Therefore, it becomes positively very important and urgent to explore the efficient path of politics cultural reconstruction. |
