Urban Community Autonomy in China:Evolvement Course,Contrail,Issue and Countermeasure

It is a strategic issue concerning how urban community autonomy should be developed to shape a Chinese-characterized way of community autonomy by revealing the inherent logic of the development of China's urban community autonomy with a foothold in the practice and a foresight into the future. Community autonomy, an ecological chain of multi rights and power, is the institutional arrangement and process of the expression and realization of citizens' rights rather than the autonomy of communities' autonomous organizations. Having experienced from naught to existence and from young to mature since the 1990s, China's urban community autonomy has developed a Chinese-characterized approach, i.e. from the partial autonomy of small communities to their comprehensive autonomy and from the autonomy of small communities to that of large ones.
