| 摘 要： | 刑事举报是向有关单位检举报告刑事犯罪,是侦查机关发现、预防和打击违法犯罪的一种重要的社会辅助手段。当前,我国犯罪率持续高发,而法治建设仍在逐步完善中,作为一种低成本、高效率的社会协助手段,建立刑事举报机制之研究无疑具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Criminal offence reforting is to denounce and report criminal crime to the related organs and an important assistant means of finding,preventing and attacking crimes by investigating organs.At present,at the background of rising crime rate and gradual improvement of ruling by law,building criminal offence reporting system,as an assistant means with low cost and high efficiency,has special meaning. |
