建设服务型政府：落实科学发展观的一个现实课题

我国在改革开放后，由于政府长期担当经济发展的主体，使经济建设型政府在推动经济发展的同时出现了社会发展严重失衡等一系列问题。因此，通过确立服务型政府的理念、加快由投资型政府向公共服务型政府转变、加快服务型政府建设等路径选择，实现从“经济建设型政府”转向“服务型政府”，是落实科学发展观的一个现实课题。

Building a Service-oriented Government: a Real Task for Applying the Scientific Outlook on Development

Since reform and opening-up, the principal position of the government in economic development has resuited in a series of problems of unbalanced social development. Therefore, it is a real task for the government transforming from a ＂economic-construction-oriented＂ government into a service-oriented one to establish the idea of a service-oriented government, accelerate the transform from a investment-oriented government into a public service-oriented one, and speed up the building of a government of this type.
