The effective supply rural public goods is the inevitable requirement for achieving equalization in public service, which has great significance to promote sustainable development of rural area and national economy. However, over the decades, effective supply of the rural public goods has not been paid much attention, either the peasant’s willing or preference for the public goods, which result in falling into an unbalanced predicament. As an analytical tool, public choice theory can give a reasonable analysis for the rational behaviors of the political subjects, so that can give a reason for the predicament of rural public goods supply that facing with.
