| 摘 要： | 建立科学合理的人才激励机制,是加强劳教人民警察人才队伍建设的迫切需要。人才激励机制的建立必须以科学的理论作支撑。建立切实可行的人才激励机制,最大限度激发劳教人民警察在工作中的积极性与创造力,是提高劳教人民警察队伍整体素质、实现队伍建设“三化”的有效途径。
