| 摘 要： | 本文分析了跨国并购成为国际直接投资主流趋势的原因 ,并指出当东道国为发展中国家时 ,FDI进入方式有着独特的规律。文章在考察FDI的实践后 ,认为尽管外资并购会大幅增长 ,但不能断言它会成为我国利用FDI的主流模式
