中国应急警务理论的探索与创建——兼谈将“警察临战学”更名为“应急警务学”的思考

在中国应急警务理论研究的前期，以湖北警官学院一批学者为代表的应急警务研究者创建“警察临战学”，从基础理论、课程、专业、学科建设、人才培养模式等方面进行探索研究，取得了丰硕的成果。随着研究的发展，现提出将“警察临战掌’更名为“应急警务学”的思考，并创建性地就应急警务、应急警务学等概念，应急警务学的研究对象、主要研究内容及研究发展方向等方面进行探索。
