农村流窜犯罪的侦控对策

随着城市对流窜犯罪的防控能力和打击力度的不断增强,流窜作案人员开始把作案目标瞄向防范松懈的农村,向农村地区流窜作案,农村地区的流窜犯罪活动已经成为公安机关面临的一个新问题。公安机关必须不断探索新的思路,充分利用各种措施增加流窜犯罪的暴露程度,提高自身的侦查技术水平,这样才能遏制流窜犯罪在农村的蔓延。
