论新时期维护高校稳定工作的指导原则

高校稳定是社会稳定的重要组成部分。高校稳定包括政治上的安定团结、师生的思想情绪稳定、教学科研和生活秩序稳定、校园环境安全稳定。维护高校稳定要以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观、党的社会主义和谐社会理论、党中央关于社会稳定工作的重要方针、政策为指导，坚持统一思想和提高认识、落实制度和常抓不懈、理顺机制和强化责任、预防为主和综合治理、讲究策略和处置得当、未雨绸缪和居安思危的工作原则。

On Guiding Principles for Safeguarding Stability of College

College stability is the important part of social stability which includes political stability and unity,ideological and emotional stability of students and teachers,stability of teaching and research and life,and stability in the school environment.Safeguarding stability of colleges should be directed by DENG Xiao-ping Theory,"Three Represens"thinking,scientific concepts of development,theories of the Party on socialism harmonious society,and important principles and policies of Central Community on social stability work and the working principles of adhering to unified thinking,improving awareness,implementing the system,grasping it firmly,straightening out the mechanism,enhancing responsibility,precaution first and comprehensive treatment,emphasizing tactics and proper handling,taking precautions and being prepared.
