| 摘 要： | 司法公正是人类社会在迈向法治社会进程中运用法律手段解决各类纠纷而追求的一个永恒价值目标。实现司法公正的路径主要包括:牢固树立与和谐社会相适应的司法理念;以扎实的基础工作维护司法公正;在坚持党的领导的基础上,加强和改进对司法机关的领导;努力建设一支高素质的法官队伍;加强对司法权的监督;深化司法体制改革,建设社会主义司法制度。
