| Abstract: | The steps of development should go faster in minority areas and thus,the well-off society will be realized together with the whole country during a new round of western development.However,traditional governmental management pattern becomes the main restrictive factors for development of minority areas.Therefore,the improvement of the innovation of governmental management is the strategy to success for breakthrough of their development bottleneck. |
