| 摘 要： | 落实科学发展观与实施依法治国之间存在内在的必然联系,其不仅表现在二者在具体内涵和价值取向上的契合性,也表现在二者之间有着强大互动作用。对这种必然联系的正确认识不仅有利于推动中国特色社会主义建设事业顺利进行,更有利于促进全面建设小康社会与和谐社会宏伟目标的早日实现。

| Abstract: | There exists necessary inherent relation between scientific development concept and rule of law,showing their integration on connotation and value orientation as well as their strong interactive effect.The correct understanding for it contributes to the promotion of socialist construction cause with Chinese characteristics as well as the earlier realization of great goal of the overall construction of well-off society and harmonious one. |
