| Abstract: | The mechanism on the operation of the power of selecting and appointing personnel in the sunshine is necessary requirement of political construction of socialist democracy,deeper democratic development of inner-party and self-construction of ruling party to cope with new challenge.We can propose the countermeasure to build it only through the perspective of some non-democratic phenomenon of personnel management and analysis its essential reason. |
