| Abstract: | The enhancement and innovation of social management mode and the promotion of scientific level of social management will be realized by strengthening legal idea and public spirit of party and government cadres in every basic unit,changing government management mode,improving operation mechanize of social management,cultivating folk organization and realizing effective maintenance and guarantee of people's legal rights and interests. |
