| 摘 要： | 构建和谐村落是中国社会主义新农村建设的核心环节，但由于农村经济的特性，以及农村发展中长期存在的偏差，中国村落的发展不尽人意，面临种种困境。要构建和谐村落，需要结合村落的地方特色，借鉴国外农村建设的先进经验，积极探索，大胆创新，寻求一条建设和谐村落的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Constructing harmonious villages is the core link of China's new socialism rural construction.Nevertheless villages of our country have not yet developed well and encountered various difficulties due to the rural economic characteristics and the long-standing deviation in development among them.To achieve our aim toward constructing the harmonious villages we should explore actively and innovate bravely in combination with the local features of China's villages themselves as well as by means of assuming the advanced experiences in rural construction overseas for reference. |
