摘    要:我国《公务员法》的颁布实施,标志着我国公务员管理进入了全面依法管理的新时期。目前,我国仍存在对公务员薪酬理论研究薄弱、公务员薪酬制度尚未形成和相关具体法律法规缺位三方面的问题。改革我国现行公务员薪酬制度,应遵循一定的原则。同时,要坚持正确的薪酬制度改革方向:一要建立合理的公务员薪酬结构;二要建立公务员薪酬平衡比较机制;三要建立公务员薪酬的阳光工资制度;四要加大基层公务员适用的级别工资级数。

Abstract:As the civil servant law promulgated,it marks that the management of the civil servant will by the law.While there are several problems as follow:the theory of official salary system is not enough,the official salary system has not set up,and the law are lack.The official salary reform should obey the principle,and insist on the right direction:first,the reasonable official salary structure should be built up;second,the balance and compare mechanism should be built up;third,the official salary should be transparent;fourth,the salary standard of the grass-root official should be enhanced.
