The ongoing international economic crisis is in essence a crisis of the capitalist mode of production.This crisis not only makes the traditional capitalist model hardly sustainable,but also proclaims the bankruptcy of the neo-liberal capitalism.However,the capitalist system will not therefore step off the stage of history.Instead,it will realize model transformation inside the scope of capitalist system.As a rising power of market economy,China has been inevitably involved in the international economic crisis due to fundamental internal reasons.Therefore,experience and lessons in the past 30 plus years of reform and development must be profoundly summed up.The approach for reform and mode of development should be properly adjusted for a developmental path that conforms to both the general laws and Chinese domestic conditions.
