要搞好中、日、韩经济技术合作理论与实践的创新,必须从整体上进行研究,在“10 +3”框架下探索,创建完整的理论体系。完整的理论体系是一个庞大的系统,包括中、日、韩合作的目标模式及实现目标的条件、途径、动力、保证机制等许多子系统。应从研究子系统做起,为构筑完整理论体系的高楼大厦添砖加瓦,为实践提供理论依据和智力支持。

Proposal of Creation on the Theory and Practice of Economic and Technological Cooperation between China, Japan and Korea

To perfect the creation on the theory and practice of economic & technological cooperation between China, Japan and Korea, we need a complete study and to probe it under the framework of Ten plus Three, thus to form a complete theoretical system. A complete theoretical system is a huge one, it includes objective model of Sino-Japan-Korea cooperation and some sub-systems of realizing this object, such as the conditions, ways, incentives as well as ensuring mechanism. We must start from studying these sub-systems so as to contribute for the construction of the complete system and to provide theoretical and intellectual support for the practice.
