| 摘 要： | 谈判专家在解决绑架人质等案件中有重要作用,这已被实践证实,但我国还没有形成谈判专家机制。建议选择优秀人员,成立谈判专家小组,严格要求、训练,明确职责、任务,完善装备,确立谈判工作的基本原则,掌握谈判的基本技巧与策略,摸索谈判的模式和方式。

| Abstract: | Negotiation experts play an important role in solving the cases of kidnapping hostages, which has been proved by practice, however, our country hasn't formed the negotiation expert system. It's suggested to select excellent personnel, make negotiation expert group, demand and train strictly, specify the duty, assignment, perfect equipment, establish the basic principles of negotiation job and master the basic techniques and strategy of negotiation and probe the negotiation pattern and way. |
