| 摘 要： | 培养公安院校学生的创新精神和创新能力是提高学生综合素质，适应新时期公安工作需要的必然要求。培养的重点应放在如何提高学识水平、思维能力及问题意识等方面。做到充分利用课堂教学这个主阵地；加强实践教学，提高学生动手能力；创造条件，使学生早介入科研活动；支持和鼓励学生的个性发展；教师要更新知识提高授课水平。

| Abstract: | Training the students of higher learning institutions to bring forth new ideas is necessary for improving the general quality of the students, meeting the needs of the police work in new circumstances. Stress of training should be improving their knowledge, thinking and questioning and so on. Make full use of class teaching, strengthen practice teaching, improve the working ability, and let the students take part in scientific research as early as possible. Teachers should renew the knowledge and better their teaching. |
