| 摘 要： | 加入WTO之后 ,我国社会主义现代化建设的空间将会大大地拓展 ,同时也会引起人们思想观念的重大变革。在新的历史条件下 ,人们不仅要有国情意识 ,还要有全球意识 ;不仅要有发展意识 ,还要有跨越发展意识 ;不仅要有产权本位意识 ,还要有能力本位意识 ;不仅要有企业经营的开发性意识 ,还要有政府活动的开放性意识。

| Abstract: | The entry into WTO has enlarged the space of China's socialist modernizations and contemporarily prompted Chinese to update their ideology.Under new situations,the ideology has been updated from state concept,growth notion,property-oriented reformation,and the openness of business administration,to global conception,overshooting conception,capactity-oriented reformation,and the openness of governmental activity. |
