现阶段流动人口犯罪及治理对策

流动人口犯罪是人口大规模流动产生的负面效应,是当前社会治安中的一个突出问题。流动人口犯罪问题不仅是社会治安问题,它还与社会政治、经济生活有着密切的关系。因此,只有在各级党政领导的高度重视下,真正做到政府牵头,公安为主,部门参与,齐抓共管,综合治理,采取行之有效的措施,才能预防和控制流动人口的犯罪,达到对流动人口的合理化、规范化管理,才能更进一步地促进社会政治安定、经济快速发展。

The crimes committed by moving population result from the negative effects caused by large-scale moving activities so currently this has become a prominent problem of social public safety.Moreover,it is not merely an issue of social public safety,but more precisely to be closely related to social political and economical lives.For this reason,only with a keen attention paid by all-level party and government leaders that it would actually realize a joint administration and comprehensive rule which has government as the lead,public security organs as the main body,those relevant departments as participators to adopt effective measures to prevent and control the crimes committed by moving population so as to achieve a reasonable,standardized administration upon moving population to further accelerate a steady social politics and a rapid economic development.
