| 摘 要： | 从当前湖南青少年吸毒的现状来看,有这样几个特点:一是吸食毒品种类不断增加;二是范围不断扩大;三是吸毒人数增多。青少年吸毒有个体、家庭和社会多方面的原因,应该从建立防范青少年染毒社会机制、牢固在校学生拒毒防线、强化惩治毒品犯罪力度、加大普查检测力度、消除社会歧视、注重家庭教育等多方面进行治理,减少和杜绝青少年吸毒现象的发生。

| Abstract: | Judging by the current situation of adolescent addiction,there are such characteristics as addiction types being increasing continuously,range of adolescent addicts being expanding and number of addicts being growing.The reasons why the adolescent start taking drugs lie in individual,family and society.Adolescent addiction can be administered by establishing social mechanism of preventing adolescent being infected by drugs,securing the drugs-rejecting consciousness of students inside school,strengthening measures of punishing drugs crimes,reinforcing the efforts of investigation and monitoring,eliminating social discrimination and attaching importance to family education in order to decrease and exterminate phenomena of adolescent addiction. |
