改革开放以来,在解放思想、实事求是思想路线指导下,我国外交进入了最有意义的转变期,在形势判断、外交重点、外交战略、外交原则、外交对象、外交风格等方面作出了一系列调整,从而为我国的改革开放与中国特色社会主义建设提供了强有力的保障。
