政府官员法律情感倾向调查与分析

公民是否具有良好的法律意识乃至法律信仰,历来是法治的重要实现条件。而党政领导干部如何看待和认识法律,对于法律所怀有的情感和心理倾向,在很大程度上决定和影响国民乃至整个国家的法律态度。本文在大量问卷调查和统计的基础上,客观描述了我国领导干部的法律情感现状,分析了领导干部法律心理的特点,对提高培养领导干部宪法意识的途径也进行了有益的探索。

Investigation and Analysis of Government Officials' Emotional Inclination towards Law

Government officials' understanding and perception of law and their emotional and psychological inclination towards law decide and influence to a great extent the legal attitude of citizens and even the nation. Based on large quantities of questionnaires and statistical work, his article, the article expatiates on the status quo of the legal emotions of government officials in China, analyses the characteristics of their legal psychology, and makes useful probes into the approach to improve the constitutional awareness of government officials.
