| 摘 要： | 职工代表议政会愈来愈成为企业基层单位组织职工代表参政议政的重要手段,职工代表对议政会的理解程度、议政会议题的具体性、职工代表的素质高低、会议各环节的组织等因素都影响着职工代表议政会的质量。全面加强职工代表素质的培养、进一步转变企业基层领导的管理作风、把职工代表议政会看作职工代表参政议政的一个过程是提高职工代表议政会质量的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Worker representatives' consultation conference is becoming an important measure of worker representatives' participating in management decision making in grassroots units of enterprises.The quality of worker representatives' consultation conference is decided by representatives' understanding of the conference,concrete contents of topics,quality of representatives and how to organize the conferences.In order to promote quality of consultation conferences,we should improve the quality of representatives,change managing style of grassroots managers of enterprises and,take the consultation conference as a process of worker representatives' participation in management. |
