| Abstract: | Witness' testimony on court is a big problem,which has always been troubling the legislation and judicature in our country,and which directly involves the perfection of the judicial system of our country.There exists some apparent malpractice in the system of witness' testimony on court and the measures of perfection should be taken against such malpractice. |
