The WTO and Development of China's Economic Law

The Economic Law is a law that deals with and coordinates the relationship between the public law and private law as well as the relationship between the government and market .At the critical time when China will enter into the WTO and is making a reform about market readjustment, appropriate disposition of the above-mentioned relationships is of great significance and is directly concerned with China’s smooth reform and construction of the market-oriented economic order.
