| 摘 要： | 在村民自治实践中,村民与村民委员会不仅冲突不断,而且司法救济不畅,村民自治权成了司法救济的边缘领域。因此,完善村民与村委会自治冲突的诉讼救济机制,是实现村民自治健康有序运转不可或缺的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Among villagers autonomy practice,constant conflict exists between villagers and villagers committee and the judicial remedies of conflict can not be relieved smoothly,so villager s autonomy becomes the edge field of judicial remedies.So,improving the lawsuit remedy mechanism of autonomic conflicts between villagers and villagers committee has become indispensable and important guarantee for realizing the t healthy and orderly operations of villager s autonomy. |
