The Research and Analysis of the DSU Appeal Procedure

The panel procedure of DSU has made successful innovations to international law. The Panel Procedure and the Appeal Procedure, which warrantee DSM's functions, have exposed defects in its practice., especially in ,the efficiency of its interpretations and appellate body`s report. This thesis makes it important to research these problems to reformation of Appeal Procedure and settlement of disputes between parties.
