| 摘 要： | 按照"三个代表"的重要思想,加强干部教育培训,建设高素质的干部队伍,是以江泽民同志为核心的党中央提出的一项事关全局的战略任务.要充分认识用马列主义、毛泽东思想,特别是邓小平理论武装干部头脑的重要性;抓住有利时机,以理论学习为切入点,切实提高干部队伍的整体素质;要形成完整的学习、检查制度.

| Abstract: | Training cadres according to the "Three Represents" and improving their qualities are the strategic tasks set forth by the Central Committee of C.P.C. with Comrade Jiang Ze-min at the core.We must know it is of great importance to arm cadres'mind with Marxism_Leninism,Mao Ze-dong Thought,especially with Deng Xiao-ping Theory.For that reason,a studying and inspecting system must be formulated. |
