亚洲东北部、美洲西北部古代居民的制陶工艺

亚洲东北部、美洲西北部的古代民族具有丰富多样的制陶工艺。用于制造陶器的物质乃是居住地附近的粘土。鄂霍次克海沿岸的古代居民使用纯净的粘土制作陶器;白令海峡两岸的古代居民在制作陶器时,习惯于往粘土中掺入有机物质和无机物质作为添加物。当时已经会使用模具,并掌握了"环形塑造"的技术。焙烧陶坯时,没有专门的设备,只在篝火上进行,所以烧制出的陶器不够坚固。鄂霍次克海沿岸地区的陶器产品和白令海沿岸地区的陶器产品具有不同的传统。楚科奇东部沿海地区和阿拉斯加西部沿海地区的陶器工艺具有同一性。

POTTERY ARTS OF THE ANCIENT NATIONS IN THE NORTHEAST OF ASIA AND NORTHWEST OF AMERICA

The ancient tribes in northeast of Asia and northwest of America had abundant and various pottery - made arts.The material for making porcelains was clay .The ancient residents living along the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk used the pure clay to make ceramics; the people along the two sides of BeLing Strait were used to put some organic matter and inorganic substance in clay when they made porcelains. At that time, they already knew how to use molds and got a good grasp of the technique of "ringlike mold'. But they had no special equipment for making ceramics and baked them on fire.The porcelains of the Sea of Okhotsk and those of the Beling Strait had different traditions while the products of the east coast of Chukots and the west of Alaska were of identity.
