| 摘 要： | “两抢”犯罪危害人民生命和财产安全，严重侵扰社会秩序和经济发展。成为城市高发犯罪类型。应针对城市“两抢”犯罪低龄化、结伙性、残忍性、选择性等特点，因人、因时、因地采取不同的策略。有效地防范“两抢”犯罪。

| Abstract: | ＂Robbery and Grabbing＂ crimes endanger the safety of people＇s life and property; seriously hold back the social order and the development of economy. They have become the high-frequent crimes in urban areas. The Characteristics of ＂Robbery and Grabbing＂ crimes include that more teenagers are involved, and in groups; their behavior is cruel and diverse; their objectives are selective; the crimes are complex and hard to quit. We should take different strategies due to different suspects, time and places to prevent ＂Robbery and Grabbing＂ crimes. |
