对新农村治安格局的思考

新农村治安格局的建立关系到新农村的长治久安。长期以来,由于我国政治、经济发展的特殊情况,我们在社会治安问题上实际存在着一种重城市轻农村的现象。这不仅严重影响了农民的积极性,也对我国的和谐社会建设产生了消极的作用,同时也助长了犯罪分子的嚣张气焰。要真正实现党的十六届五中全会提出的建设“生产发展,生活宽裕,乡风文明,村容整洁,管理民主”的社会主义新农村的战略目标,我们除了正确分析和认识当前农村治安所面临的现实情况外,还要对农村治安格局和警务制度进行更加深入的思考。

Thinking about the Social Order Pattern in the New Rural Areas

Because of the special situation of our political and economical development,there exists a phenomenon in the field of social order-paying attention to urban areas but looking down on rural areas.It not only affects the enthusiasm of the farmers and the construction of the harmonious society,but also encourages the pride of the criminals.In order to fulfill the task of constructing new socialist rural areas,we should deeply think about the social order pattern and the policing system.
