| 摘 要： | 廉价政府是法治政府的基本价值目标，也是世界各国政府改革的重要价值取向。廉价政府有着丰富的理论渊源，在我国具有重大的现实意义。在建立廉价政府方面，西方国家给我们提供了宝贵的经验。建设廉价政府，要注意抓住时机改革，大胆进行试验，倡扬依法行政，真正精兵简政，学习企业精神，借鉴别国经验。
