| Abstract: | The outcome of subjective harm is classified into actual outcome and corresponding outcome,both of which have different characteristics.The actor has different awareness of the degree of the outcome of subjective harm towards different crime stages.Subjective outcome plays an imporant role in distinguishing crime stages and establishing criminal responsibility. |
