补肾抗松丸对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度的影响

目的:观察补肾抗松丸对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度(BMD)的影响.方法:将84例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组,观察组42例用补肾抗松丸加碳酸钙片治疗,对照组42例只用碳酸钙片治疗,疗程为6个月.治疗前后检测正位腰椎BMD,取第2-4腰椎BMD平均值,检查设备使用GE Lunar Prodigy型双能X线骨密度仪.结果:BMD与绝经年数的相关性分析显示,用药前两者呈显著负相关(r=0.254,P＜0.05),用药后两者无相关关系(r=-0.159,P＞0.05).观察组BMD自身前后比较显著增加(t=3.976,P＜0.01),与对照组比较,差异有显著性(t=3.297,P＜0.01;95%CI(0.010,0.042)).结论:绝经后骨质疏松症患者BMD呈逐年下降趋势,补肾抗松丸能逆转这个趋势,单纯服用钙片不能增加其BMD.

Effects of Bushen Kangsong Pellet on Bone Mineral Density in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective:To explore the effects of Bushen Kangsong Pellet on bone mineral density(BMD) in postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods: Eighty-four patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were divided into two groups at random.The observed group was treated with Bushen Kangsong Pellet and calcium tablet,and the control group only with calcium tablet.The course of treatment was six months.Then the BMD in orthotope lumbar vertebra was measured with Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry(GE Lunar Prodigy).Results: Negative correlation was observed between BMD and the years of menopause through dependability analysis before treatment(r=-0.254,P<0.05),but there was no correlation after treatment(r=-0.159,P>0.05).The BMD of the observed group was significantly higher after treatment(t=3.976,P<0.01).There was significantly statistics difference between two groups(t=3.297,P<0.01;95% CI(0.010,0.042)).Conclusion: A tendency that the BMD of the patients in postmenopausal osteoporosis decreases year by year is observed,and Bushen Kangsong Pellet can reverse this tendency.BMD could not be increased when only treated with calcium tablet.
