| 摘 要： | 目的 探究补肾密骨片治疗骨质疏松的机制.方法 选择10月龄Wistar 大鼠,采用去除卵巢饲养1个月的方法复制骨质疏松症模型,模型复制成功后,采用补肾密骨片进行治疗,治疗4周和8周后,分别取各组胫骨测定抗弯强度、刚性系数、弹性模量最大挠度和韧性系数.结果与西药组和模型组比较,治疗4周后中药组胫骨抗弯强度和弹性模量显著增...
