银杏叶提取物对吸烟致雄性大鼠生殖系统损伤的拮抗作用

目的:观察吸烟对大鼠生殖能力的影响,研究银杏叶提取物对吸烟致生殖系统损伤的保护作用.方法:复制大鼠卷烟烟气损伤模型,测定正常对照组、普通卷烟组(不加提取物)和银杏叶卷烟组大鼠精子活动参数.结果:吸烟各组大鼠精子活动能力较正常对照组明显降低,同时银杏叶组大鼠精子活动能力显著高于普通卷烟组.结论:吸烟会对健康大鼠的生殖能力造成明显损害,而银杏叶提取物可以有效拮抗吸烟对大鼠生殖系统的不良影响.

Effects of Ginko Abstraction Against Injury of Reproductive System Induced by Cigarette Smoke in Male Rats

Objective:To observe the effects of smoking on reproductive function of male rats, and the protective effect of Ginko Abstraction. Methods: A self-made equipment was employed to induce rat model of passive smoking. The motility of the rat sperms of normal control group, cigarette group and Ginko Abstraction-contained cigarette group was observed and compared using computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA) system. Results: The sperm motility of rats in cigarette group and Ginko Abstraction-contained cigarette group decreased compared with that in normal control group; and the sperm mobility in Ginko ab-straction-contained cigarette group increased significantly compared with that of rats in normal cigarette group. Conclusion: Smoking may produce moderate reproductive toxicity to male rats, and Ginko Abstraction can inhibit the reproductive lesion caused by cigarettes smoking.
