| 摘 要： | 目的观察新风胶囊(Xinfeng Capsule,XFC)对佐剂关节炎(adjuvant arthritis,AA)大鼠神经-内分泌-免疫(neuroendocrinei mmune,NEI)网络有关指标的影响,从NEI网络角度探讨其作用机制。方法将60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、氨甲喋呤(methotrexate,MTX)组、雷公藤多苷片(Triptery-gium glycosides Tablet,TGT)组和XFC组,每组12只,除正常组外,向每只大鼠右足跖皮内注射弗氏完全佐剂0.1 ml致炎,复制AA大鼠模型,致炎后第19天开始给予相应药物治疗30 d。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法观察各组大鼠血清5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)、促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorti-cotrophic hormone,ACTH)、皮质醇(cortisol,CORT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)的变化。结果AA大鼠5-HT...
