| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆道综合征的临床疗效。方法158例腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆道综合征患者被随机分为观察组(80例)和对照组(78例),观察组给予利胆排石汤口服,并同时给予西药治疗,疗程1周。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,用法和疗程均同观察组。疗程结束后,观察两组临床症状体征、肝功能、影像学变化;并评价两组总体疗效。结果研究组治疗后症状体征、肝功能、影像学改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆道综合征具有良好的临床疗效。
