化瘀散结法治疗子宫肌瘤动脉栓塞术后综合征的临床观察

目的观察化瘀散结法治疗子宫肌瘤患者行子宫动脉栓塞术(uterine fibroid artery embolization,UFAE)后并发症的近期临床疗效。方法将60例瘀阻胞宫证子宫肌瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均采用Sldinger技术完成UFAE治疗。治疗组在术后3个月服用活血化瘀、散结消癥类中药,对照组酌情予对症治疗。两组患者均术后随访6个月,详细观察并记录患者治疗前后月经变化,栓塞综合征出现的时间、程度、缓解方法及消失时间。结果两组术后均未发现闭经;对照组出现1例轻度泌尿生殖系统感染,治疗组无泌尿生殖系统感染;治疗组发生盆腔疼痛的病例数显著低于对照组;治疗组盆腔疼痛评分、持续时间和阴道不规则流血持续时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化瘀散结法治疗UFAE并发症具有明显优势,不良反应少,临床具有较好的应用前景。
