| Abstract: | Instituting the crime of fictitious registered capital greatly contributes to safeguarding the development of market-oriented socialist economy.Nevertheless,some of the relevant judicial and jurisprudent interpretations to the relevant crimes are not clearly defined.Hence the writer here tries offering his own ideas about the said issue. |
