| 摘 要： | 能力本位新文化观是在新的社会现实发展状况基础上提出来的,具有一定的现实性。这一新文化价值观的确立是社会主义生产力发展的必然要求;是由社会主义市场经济的客观现实性所决定的;能够彰显社会转型时期人的主体性地位;并且是实现人的自由而全面发展的新的文化诉求。

| Abstract: | The concept of competency-based culture has been put forward on the basis of new social reality with a certain degree of realism.The establishment of new values of culture is an essential requirement of development of socialist productive forces;is decided by objective reality of socialist market economy;is able to demonstrate the subjectivity status of human in social transition period;and is the new cultural aspirations for realization of free and comprehensive development of human. |
