新时期加强和改进领导干部作风建设的思考

中国共产党历来高度重视领导干部作风建设,积淀了许多好的经验和传统：树立正确的世界观,保持与人民群众血肉联系,紧密围绕党的中心工作,建立健全规章制度。然而,当前一些领导干部依然存在作风不正的问题,从干部自身、环境、制度、监督方面分析了产生的原因,提出了“坚持思想教育,坚持完善机制制度,坚持强化监督,坚持拒腐防变常抓不懈”等对策,标本兼治、立足长远,进而构建领导干部作风建设长效机制。

Thinking on Strengthening and Improving the Conduct of Leading Cadres in the New Period

The CPC always emphasizes strengthening and improving the conduct of leading mulated a lot of good experiences and traditions： building correct world view, keeping the the mass people, focusing on the central work of the Party, and establishing and perfecting cadres, having accu- flesh- blood tie with regulations and insti- tutions. However, there still exists the problem of bad conduct among some leading cadres. This paper analyzes the causes from the aspects such as cadres themselves, environment, institutions and supervision, and brings for- ward the countermeasures of ＂persisting in ideological education, persisting in perfecting the mechanisms and in- stitutions, persisting in strengthening supervision, and persisting in corruption prevention, so as to build the long -run mechanism for strengthening the conduct of leading cadres.
