The study of status of legal resources of folk law in judicial process is actually an exploration of the legitimacy and rationality of applying folk law to the judicial practice spanning the bridge of legal methods.However,in those transformable countries that have not experienced strict ruling-by-law era and traditional culture is deep-rooted,the status of legal resources of folk law,to which close attention must be paid,should be limited and be applied to present ruling-by-law procedure.
