| Abstract: | It is of great significance to propel technical innovation of the scientific and technological enterprises of non-public ownership and to develop the Hi-tech industry ,for the improvement of the quality and speed of Guangxi's economy and for the acceleration of the industrialization in Guangxi. On the basis of analyzing the position, characteristics, role and law of the scientific and technological enterprises of non-public ownership, this paper stresses countermeasures in order to improve technical innovation completely and solve the difficult problems which the scientific and technological enterprises of non-public ownership are facing. |
